Caroline Thompson, MPH, PhD

Dr. Caroline Thompson is an Associate Professor of Epidemiology at SDSU School of Public Health. She specializes in cancer epidemiology and quantitative methodology and “big” data science. Dr. Thompson’s research interests include cancer screening and detection, cancer-related healthcare delivery, racial and ethnic disparities in cancer, and geospatial cancer epidemiology. She is a Co-Investigator on the Research Infrastructure Team at the SDSU HealthLINK Center, focusing on the use of electronic health records for population health research.
