This service is currently available for the BioStrap, Garmin VivoSmart 5 and the WisePill. It includes training on how to set up the intelligent sensor system, how to create an account on the vendors’ web site, how to use the intelligent sensor system, how to upload/download the intelligent sensor system data from the vendor’s web site, and considerations for potentially managing large volumes of complex intelligent sensor system data.
This service includes consultation(s) with the Researcher on which software tools we recommend for managing the intelligent sensor system data given their project goals. Commonly used tools include IPython, PySpark, Anaconda, NumPy, Jupyter, Pandas, MatPlotLib, Seaborn, SciPy, TensorFlow, and OpenCV.
