The Community Engagement Team brings community partner organizations and academics together to advance minority health and health disparities research in San Diego and Imperial Counties. By fostering collaborative and sustainable partnerships, we hope to promote community participation and inform the future direction of the Center, by providing input on the Design, Implementation, and Dissemination of research.

Our Center values partnerships with community partner organizations that serve minority and health disparate communities. We strive for equal partnerships to promote capacity building and sharing of knowledge by building on already existing partnerships while striving to expand our network through new partners.
