Karl Bailey Williams is a research assistant at the San Diego State University Research Foundation, where he has contributed to the Measurement Methods Group and Health Data Analytics Group for the past four years. With a passion for quantitative data and survey research, he focuses on health research and data analysis, particularly in understanding health disparities and population health outcomes. At the SDSU HealthLINK Center, Bailey has played a key role in supporting research projects that contribute to biomedical and population health research. His responsibilities include data collection and management, survey creation, and statistical analysis that support various research projects. Bailey holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) with a concentration in Biostatistics and Epidemiology from the University of Southern California and has applied his analytical skills to multiple research initiatives focused on epidemiologic methods and statistical modeling. His work has contributed to peer-reviewed studies and presentations at academic conferences, demonstrating a commitment to advancing knowledge in epidemiology and health sciences. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, he has a deep understanding of individual health behaviors and motivations. His background enables him to integrate psychological principles into health focused research, refining the analysis of behavioral patterns and their impact on health outcomes. He is dedicated to applying biostatistical methods to epidemiologic research and advancing data-driven evidence based health strategies.
